Hidden Door to screen 'The Man Who Forgot to Breathe'

The Hidden Door film festival in the UK is to screen Iranian short 'The Man Who Forgot to Breathe'.

The Hidden Door film festival in the UK has set to screen Iranian short 'The Man Who Forgot to Breathe'.

Directed by Saman Hosseinpour, the short film will go on the festivals screen on May 31, 2018.

The 15-minute film will compete with 12 other titles for a cash prize of £500 that will be awarded by a Jury for a piece of outstanding innovative film making.

The winner will be announced at a ceremony on June 2.

'The Man Who Forgot to Breathe' tells the story of a man who has problems to breathe when sleeping. He has had a struggle with his wife and the wife is decisive to leave him.

The Hidden Door is an arts organization which aims to open up urban spaces as a platform for new and emerging artists, musicians, theatre makers, film makers and poets.

The 5th edition of the Hidden Door is slated for May 25 to June 3, 2018, in Leith, Edinburgh, the UK.
